If any customer wants to return an item for a full refund, please ensure the following terms and conditions are met:

• Customers are fully responsible for ordering the correct size wardrobe.
• The item must be in its original condition, as received.
• It must be packed in its original packaging or be in resalable condition.
• The product and its packaging should not be damaged.
• Assembly should not have been attempted.
• No modifications are allowed.
• The item must be complete, with no parts missing.
• To process a refund, the item must be returned first.

Return and Exchange:

If any customer wishes to exchange their product with another, exchanges are possible within 14 days, provided the following terms and conditions are met:

• The customer must cover the courier charge (depending on the area).
• The item must be packed in its original packaging.
